Cheapest Bubble Wrap — Rolls, Sheets & Bulk Pricing
Bubble wrap comes in three standard bubble sizes: 3/16" (small) for lightweight fragile items like glasses and ceramics, 5/16" (medium) for general electronics and boxed goods, and 1/2" (large) for heavy or oddly-shaped items that need maximum cushioning. Rolls are cheaper per square foot than pre-cut sheets, but sheets save time if you ship a consistent item size.

Buying tips
Small bubble (3/16") is the best all-around choice. It conforms tightly around items and uses less material per wrap than large bubble.
Buy by the roll, not by the sheet pack. A 12"×175' roll is typically $12-18 and wraps 50+ items. Pre-cut sheets cost 3-4× more per square foot.
For electronics, use anti-static (pink) bubble wrap. Standard bubble can generate static discharge that damages circuit boards.
Wrap items with bubble-side IN (facing the item). The flat side out gives a cleaner look and the bubbles cushion better against the item surface.
